As I channelled light to your Crown chakra, I heard the words, “It all falls apart”, and saw a brown bear. Brown bear, an animal who emerges from hibernation, is a symbol of rebirth and renewal. There is a sense of you needing now “to stand up and be counted” (the lyrics I heard), “stand up for your rights”. Brown bear’s energy is connected with that of creation; and the crown chakra is a way you connect with the Creator (with the Universe, your angels and guides, your Higher Self, with source, with God). The message here is of “a great awakening”. This feels so transformative for you, and your guides have a further message: “Hang tight.” The transition you’ve been undergoing may not be easy, and it may not feel light. But it WILL be worthwhile, your guides are all sure of that.
At the Third Eye chakra, I saw a lighthouse. “There is immense power in being you”, I heard. Standing tall, strong, and shining the light of your truth, like the lighthouse. It’s interesting to me that this came through at the third eye, as they are qualities usually associated with other chakras. I asked your guides for clarity on this. “SEEING”, was the answer. “THEY (you) ARE SEEING”. So trust your intuition this month, divine soul. Trust your intuition on everything. Please.
Continuing the nautical imagery, I saw a row boat at your throat chakra. In my readings, water symbolises emotions, and a boat is usually relating to a journey. This doesn’t just feel metaphorical either, but indicative of a physical journey for many of you too. The message here is to present, and be kind. This may relate to the ways in which you speak to yourself during times of transition. When stressed, when overwhelmed, when realising you need to exhale after a challenging period… how is your self talk? Are you meeting yourself with kind, loving words? Or have you slipped into criticism and judgement? This month urges reflection on that especially.
At the Heart chakra: “Where is your capacity to love being depleted?” is the question. “How are you showing up, FOR YOU?” “Put [clap] yourself [clap] first [clap]!” I heard. Your guides are very firm on this. As you navigate the strange unknowns of this life, you need to allocate time for you, your guides explain. You cannot journey as a disconnected mess. Put down some things you’re holding, if your hands are too full. Lay down some boundaries for others, if your life is too cluttered. Boundaries can feel scary, I know. But it’s step by step, day by day. Can you try asking for help with just a small thing? Can you say, “No thank you” even once?
As soon as I connected with your Solar Plexus chakra, I commented, “Oh wow.” The energy pouring in here made me smile. Like Niagara Falls! An epic rush of water and movement and oh my, what an exciting month for you. Please do try implementing boundaries as suggested above! That is what the solar plexus supports with. “The more action you take, the better you’ll feel” is the message. Let’s move forward now, together! There’s a real energy of celebration here! “The world wants to see you win”, I heard. Try using that as a mantra when you feel scared, unsure, small… “The world wants to see me win!” because it’s true! What is meant for you, is meant for you. And this feels damn good!
At the Sacral chakra, I smiled again, because the energy here is MAGNIFICENT this month. Creativity, polarity, clarity. “Get [clap] creating [clap] and do [clap] not [clap] stop [clap]!” Another message delivered with a lot of emphasis. The sacral chakra is that of creation (and remember there was creation energy at the crown chakra too), and this month feels so good and light in that sense. You’ll be inspired, and your role is to allow that energy to take form. What that looks like will be unique to you. Maybe you paint, maybe you draw. Maybe you express it when you walk, in the way you talk, in the way you fold your clothes… Creativity and creating can be anything and is everywhere, I heard. Embrace your desires to create this month. Cook, draw, dance, explore, play. “Time in play is never wasted”, is the message. You deserve to have fun, and to explore who you truly are outside the confines of societal ideas about adulthood and expression.
At the Root chakra, the energy settled compared to the intensity of the solar plexus and sacral chakras above, and this feels like longer term stuff. The paths that you're choosing right now, I heard, will unfold for you when you’re older. Maybe this looks like lifestyle choices you can make now, decisions you can make, that may not have immediate payoff, but will support you longer term. Could you start a form of movement? Incorporate more fresh produce into your diet? Deal with the financial tasks you’ve been avoiding? The energy this month is supportive for small, sustainable actions in the spirit of love and care for the future you.
The final closing words for you: You are enough. You’ve always been enough. It’s time to take care of you.
